About the Role

We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, and diligent Project Manager with 5-10 years’ experience working in a professional landscape architectural office environment.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage complex projects, develop planning and design graphics, construction documents, and ensure overall quality control of assigned projects. The candidate will have the ability to supervise the CAD process for landscape construction documents including construction and planting plans, construction details, irrigation plans and specifications for commercial, residential, community and public agency projects. The Project Manager should be a strong problem solver, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
This is a high visibility position at one of the premier landscape architecture offices in Southern California. Well qualified applicants only need to apply.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, understand the production and design processes, and be a solid team leader. It is also important that the candidate understand the unique Southern California environment and possess a strong working knowledge of native and climate appropriate plants. California Licensure is not required but is highly recommended. Candidates should be self-assured, have strong graphic and communication skills, and must be comfortable presenting design solutions to various internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Software proficiency should include AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office along with other applications commonly used in a professional landscape architecture firm.

Education

Minimum Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture Degree from an accredited University.

License

Licensed CA Landscape Architect (preferred)
