The Atwell Residential Development is a large project in Banning, California. ADG has designed over 10 miles of streetscapes and medians for the development as well as 8 custom entry monuments. The streetscapes feature ornamental and drought-tolerant plant palettes, rock accents, signage, lighting and irrigation. This project is only in its second phase currently and will continue to grow over the next few years. This growth will lead way to more design opportunities for Architerra.
