As a part of the award-winning design of Sycamore Ranch Vineyard, Architerra also prepared the conceptual plan, construction documents, and construction observation Big Moon Orchard. This orchard also has a tasting room and barn located on site, which was included in the overall design. Primarily, different varieties of Pear and Apple trees were selected by the client to be the plant palette for cider making purposes. This project is about 3-acres, and is a part of the greater Sycamore Ranch Vineyard and Winery.
