Citrus Heights

Conceptual design development for the Citrus Height Specific Plan Development. ADG prepared the conceptual designs for eight parks within the developments, along with streetscapes, visual impact designs for slope conditions, and the dramatic citrus ranch themed entryway and monument. Other services include design and construction documents for model homes and typical front yards along with the 8 park designs. ADG also designed interpretive graphic interpretive panels featured at the parks featuring historical, cultural, and agricultural themes.
