Citrus Tower

Located in downtown Riverside this 6-story Citrus Tower Corporate Plaza consists of 136,000 sq feet of office space, and 152,000 sq feet of four-level underground parking. ADG provided the development of conceptual landscape master plan and construction documents for site improvements. Detailed design of all hardscape elements including decorative terrazzo paving, entry monumentation, outdoor plaza featuring a custom custom steel sculpture by the artist Jon Seeman, bike racks, planters, landscaping and irrigation treatment around the building, and parking area.
