ADG prepared the conceptual plans and construction documents for parkway and open-space improvements on the south side of Eucalyptus Avenue at the intersection of Peyton Drive. Project includes a triangular open space park located along with a newly constructed overflow parking lot for the Chino Hills Community Park. Improvements included a new drought tolerant planting, accent trees and trail fencing within the parkway, park and at the new parking lot. Design included maintenance access drives, and a depressed landscape area for a bioswale to capture irrigation and rainwater runoff within the open-space park.
