Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District

ADG prepared the conceptual design and construction documents for fuel modification / demonstration garden, as model for nearby residents in what is a generally high fire danger zone. Planting and irrigation included back flow preventer, mainline and valve wires, valve stub-ups and pop-up spray, drought tolerant California Friendly planting palette. Other amenities include interpretative signage, hardscape walls and walks, bioswale, decomposed granite, accent boulders and a prominent “Smokey Bear” fire danger sign.
