Senior living facilities require a unique approach for the design of appropriate landscape irrigation and design. This approximately 4-acre senior living facility includes two main buildings, one for assisted living accommodations and the other a memory care facility.

The approximate 116,777 s.f. residential structure includes a parking lot to accommodate 62 vehicles. ADG prepared the landscape and irrigation design along with the pedestrian hardscape, decorative auto-mobile accent paving, a memory care common area courtyard and an assisted living courtyard. Courtyard amenities includes seating, shade structures, a calming water feature, and raised garden beds for the resident’s use.
