Norms Restaurant

Retail and storefront provide unique challenges to provide attractive, retail ready landscapes that provide aesthetic brand support while providing ease of care and low maintenance costs. Design and construction documents for the hardscape, planting, and irrigation, for the regional restaurant chains store in eastern Los Angeles County. Designed to be visually consistent with the existing improvements of adjacent retail center, along with the City of Claremont’s Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance. Project included parking lot expansion, with the addition of 43 new parking stalls.
