Design and construction documents for the redesign of San Dimas' Historic Downtown Bonita Avenue. The City contracted ADG to replace the deteriorated boardwalk installed downtown, which was built in the mid 1970's. It was causing increased maintenance and replacement costs, as well as public safety and liability concerns. ADG analyzed the proto-typical downtown block area, and created several design studies consistent with the established citywide design themes. Then provided estimates of probable construction costs for each design scheme, to determine the best solutions for a renovation/redesign of the overall downtown area.
