Raincross Promenade

An urban redevelopment of multi-family wrap-around condominiums located in a historic district of the City of Riverside. The project site is approximately 5.5-acres in size. It includes 2 eclectic Spanish style condominium structures; one four-story structure and one three story structure, each surrounding an on-grade multi-level story parking structure, interior courtyards, and a 16,500 s.f. common open space area.
