Architerra Design Group redesigned the 9.15-acre community park's conceptual design. Our redesign included moving the tot-lot from the lower terrace of the park to the upper terrace, and relocating what was the upper terraces central parking lot directly to the east along the top of the adjacent downslope to the lower park terrace. This redesign of the site created a much more dynamic focal point at the terminus of Street B, with a “river” themed tot lot with central restroom, shade structures, and picnic opportunities for the future residents of the project. Additionally, ADG prepared the construction documents for the entire park site.
