Prepared the conceptual landscape master plan for the 11.8-acres the residential subdivision, which incorporated two different housing product types, a .49-acre recreation center and pool, and a spa and tot-lot. Also included were a network of trails and walkways around the site, and amenities as required by the City development standards and the marketing requirements of the developer. ADG prepared the overall conceptual landscape master plan, the hardscape, fence, and wall plan, along with the recreation center exterior planting and irrigation.
