Architerra prepared the conceptual design exhibit and construction documents for the new model home complex in Riverside, CA. Features of the design included six model homes front and back yard typicals, planing and irrigation and a parking lot, all of which were consistent with the County of Riverside's Development Code. ADG's preparation of the construction drawings included competitive bidding and construction of the model complex site improvements. The plans detailed hardscape layout, precise grading, construction and grading details, landscape irrigation, planting, planting and irrigation details, and specifications as required for installation. Additionally, ADG prepared water calculations, exhibits, notes, etc., that illustrated the projects compliance with landscape water use restrictions required by the County’s Landscape Ordinance. Water features included decorative recirculating water fountains that were integrated into the model home complex.
