Conceptual design and construction documents for the HOA maintained streetscapes, two pocket parks, walking trail and paseo. Other design services included model home designs (three products), typical front yard design and perimeter wall and fencing plan. Development was built around the former house of Desi Arnaz and features many thematic design elements from the Ranchero. Desi House was developed separately as a center piece community event center and park by the Jurupa Community Service District.
